Working with us is super easy! Take a look at our 4-step process
to find out everything you need to know before starting.
CHOOSE A DESIRED STYLE AND LENGTH
Pick a desired style of the video as well as the number of seconds and purchase it on the website. After purchase, you will receive an introductory email. Within 24 hours from the purchase, one of our team members will contact you and email you a questionnaire that you will need to fill out for the production to begin.
FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE
Complete the questionnaire and email it to office@craftydesignstudios.com or one of our team members. Once it’s filled out, we can get the ball rolling!
MEET YOUR PROJECT MANAGER
You are introduced to your project manager who will take you through script, storyboard, voice-over, and animation. You will have the chance to review and have us make revisions at each of these stages. This simply involves emailing us a list of changes you’d like us to make and we include 2 sets of these revision rounds at each stage for all packages.
FINAL DELIVERY
Once the video is approved, we deliver your Mov or Mp4 video file in HD 1080p and provide any guidance necessary in its distribution if needed.
